  1. Wow Jen... Stop reading our mind! Your list on the upper-right is eerily similar to what my wife and I strive for. We just converted to lacto-ovo vegetarianism seven months ago and now desire to go more raw and vegan. Like you, we hope to eventually ween ourselves from prepackaged and processed to "real" genuine foods from scratch.

    Love your menu plans! Got my eye on the Rice and Black Bean Bake recipe and might try it via slow cooker. Thanks for sharing.
