One of the new veggies we have tried is Asparagus. Hubby = Thumbs Up. Kids = Thumbs Down LOL!!!
I have cooked it 3 different ways:
- On a baking sheet just a little salt and pepper and cook on 350* until tender.....about 10 minutes.
- Same as above but add some Olive Oil.
- In a pot of water steam....add salt and pepper and a little butter.
