Lasagna Rollups


10 uncooked lasagna noodles
8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 jar {26 ounces} spaghetti sauce, divided
1-3/4 cups shredded colby/jack cheese, divided

Cook the noodles to al dente. Stir in cream cheese and 1/3 cup spaghetti sauce.

Drain the noodles. Spread 1/4 cup mixture on each noodle. Sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons cheese and carefully roll up.

Spread 2/3 cup sauce into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Place roll-ups seam side down over sauce. Top with remaining sauce and then the remaining cheese.

 Cover with tinfoil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is slightly browned and bubbly.
